Action Bite Attack. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 2d8+4 piercing damage. Target must succeed Con Save DC 12 or take 1d8 necrotic damage. At the start of the targets next turn it must do the same save or turn into a vampire.
Action Claw Attack. Melee Attack: +6 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 2d10+4 slashing damage.
BONUS ACTION
Disengage. The Vampire Werewolf can take the disengage action as his bonus action to hunt the target that he desires most at that moment. (3 times use only)
Description
Big creature with black furr, tattered red wings and fangs that reach down to his chest. The transformation from it's normal form looks as painful as death itself.
After transforming it's need for blood can't be suppressed until sun rises. In these 6 to 8 hours, all living things are its prey. Fresh blood can be smelled across miles and put it into a bloodlust.
