Magic Resistance. Vicerion has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Fey Ancestry. Vicerion has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put him to sleep.
Bladesong (2/day). Vicerion can use a bonus action to start the Bladesong, which lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if he is incapacitated. Vicerion can also dismiss the Bladesong at any time he chooses (no action required).
While Bladesong is active, Vicerion gains the following benefits:
- Vicerion gains a +6 bonus to his AC .
- Vicerion's walking speed increases by 10 feet.
- Vicerion has advantage on Dexterity (Acrobatics) checks.
- Vicerion gains a +6 bonus to any Constitution saving throw Vicerion makes to maintain concentration on a spell.
War Caster. Vicerion has advantage on Constitution saving throws that he makes to maintain concentration on a spell when he takes damage. When a hostile creature's movement provokes an opportunity attack from Vicerion, he can use his reaction to cast a spell at the creature, rather than making an opportunity attack. The spell must have a casting time of 1 action and must target only that creature.
Spellcasting. Vicerion is an 20th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). He can cast shield and misty step at will and has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, toll the dead, mage hand, prestidigitation, shocking grasp, booming blade
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, identify, ice knife*, magic missile
2nd level (3 slots): detect thoughts, mirror image, hold person
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, fly, fireball, haste
4th level (3 slots): banishment, fire shield, dimension door
5th level (3 slots): cone of cold, scrying, wall of force, steel wind strike
6th level (2 slots): globe of invulnerability
7th level (2 slots): teleport
8th level (1 slot): mind blank, feeblemind
9th level (1 slot): time stop, invulnerability, power word kill
Multiattack. Viceron makes two attacks with Wrapture.
Wrapture. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 8) piercing damage, or 19 (1d8 + 14) during Bladesong, and 7 (2d6) force damage.

Vicerion Cassiq is a half-elf that is known by many names. To combatants he is known as the Steel River. To the citizens of the Fenderkyln Kingdom, he is known as the King's Archmage. To the Sand Elves for Cîrdán, he is known as "chien". To a select few, he is called "lover".
The heartthrob of Voz, and a hero of many decades, Monsieur Cassiq is one of the most power spell-casters in the world. The weight of this responsibility is not lost on him. He wishes to balance the forces of destruction and pain in the world with pleasure and kindness, and staunch the incoming surge of magic in order to prevent the chaos and death that pervaded the world during in the epochs before the Chromatic Razing.
