Hive Mind. Whenever a Wasp or Swarm of Wasps is within 60 ft. of the Wasp Queen, their demeanor becomes friendly toward the Wasp Queen, and hostile toward any creature that is hostile to the Wasp Queen.

Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6+3) piercing damage plus 14 (2d8 + 5) acid damage. If the target succeeds on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, the acid damage is halved.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (4d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Acid Vomit. RangedWeapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 10/20 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (5d8 + 5) acid damage. If the target succeeds on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, the acid damage is halved.
Swarm Birth. The Wasp Queen can use an action to create two Swarms of Wasps within a range of 5 ft. of itself. As a bonus action, the Wasp Queen can move both Swarms of Wasps up to 30 ft.
Swarm Defense. If a Swarm of Wasps is within 5 ft. of a creature that is hostile toward the Wasp Queen, the Swarm of Wasps makes its Bite attack against the creature. On a hit, the creature must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw, or it is unable to use its action during its next turn.
Description
The Wasp Queen is a Giant wasp that came into contact with a magic that transformed it into a hulking insect with dominion over her kind. With a huge thorax, crushing mandibles, and a stinger dripping with acid, it commands its swarms from a hive constructed beneath the earth. Thick curved spikes adorn its legs that allow it to burrow through the ground with ease, and its eyes have adapted to the darkness of underground. The Wasp Queen's exoskeleton is as tough as steel, and because of its exposure to magic is much hardier against spells.
