Innate spellcasting. Uros innate spellcasting ability. The Uros can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components.

Slam. Range 15 by 15ft, Uros slams his hand down at his enemies in a fit of rage, any enemies below the hand make a dex saving throw(dc 15) on a failed save they take 4d10 bludgeoning damage or half as much on a successful save.
Titan's grasp. Range 10ft, uros attempts to grab the player and crush them, they must make a dex or strength saving throw(dc 13) or be restrained in the titans hand and take 1d10 bludgeoning damage. They can attempt to escape at the start of their turn. When the titans turn comes around he is able to bonus action crush them for another 1d10 bludgeoning damage.
Multiattack. Uros hand is able to make two titans punch attacks or two Rock cannon attacks per its turn.
Titan's Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 10ft., 1 target. Hit: 18(3d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.
Rock cannon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 60/120 ft., 1 target. Hit: 15(3d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage.
Uro's Hand can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Uro's Hand regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Attack. Uro's Hand makes a melee attack against the enemies
Lightning strike(2 actions). Uro's Hand summons lightning throughout the battlefield dc 15 dex(acrobatics saving throw) or take 1d10 lightning damage
Ground pound(3 actions). uros slams the ground with such force the very earth shakes in a 40ft radius. Any creature in this radius must make a dex or athletics saving throw dc 15 on a fail they fall prone to the ground.
Description
Chain's of Destiny. Held back by klothys chains uros is not able to summon his full might to fight the party his spellcasting is reduced to the equivalent of a 3rd level spellcaster.
Uro's Hand is a huge hand part of the legendary titan of natures wrath Uro. The only part able to breach the chains he is confined by thanks to the ritual it denotes just how big the real titan is with his hand being this big alone.

Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Uro's Hand takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Uro's Hand can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Summon 2 medium elemental to aid it in its fight
- Call down a tornado which pushes enemies 10 feet in a random direction determined by a d8
- Call forth an ice storm freezing enemies in place(players make a dc 15 constitution saving throw.( x> 10. -5 feet of movement, x>5 half speed for a turn, X<5 frozen for a turn)
