Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Keen Senses. The Were Master has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on any sense.

Echolocation. The Were Master can't use its blindsight while deafened.

Sound Sensitivity. Whenever the Were Master takes 11 or more thunder damage from a single attack, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken. On a failure the Were Master is deafened and stunned for 1 minute. It may repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Amphibious. The Were Master can breathe air and water.

Spider Climb. The Were Master can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Blood Frenzy (Shark/Crocodile/Raptor or Hybrid Form Only). The Were Master has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.

Standing Leap (Frog or Hybrid Form Only). The Were Master long jump is up to 20 feet and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.

Charge (Rhinoceros or Hybrid Form Only). If the Were Master moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 9 (2d8) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Web Sense (Spider or Hybrid Form Only). While in contact with a web, the Were Master knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Web Walker (Spider or Hybrid Form Only). The Were Master ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Savage Attacker. The Were Master can re-roll damage dice and take the higher of the two rolled.

Cleaver. When the Were Master reduces a creature to 0 hit points, it can make one additional melee attack against a creature within reach.

All Speak. The Were Master can communicate with any animal

Actions

Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). The Were Master makes two attacks, only one of which can be a bite.

Bite (Animal or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d10 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with a random lycanthropy.

Claws (Animal forms with Claws or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (4d8 + 5) slashing damage.

Beak (Animal forms with Beaks or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (7d6 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with a random lycanthropy.

Talons (Animal forms with Talons or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Web (Spider Form Only; Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 12 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Fist (Ape or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (3d8 + 11) bludgeoning damage.

Tentacles (Octopus or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (5d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the Were Master can't use its tentacles on another target. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with a random lycanthropy.

Silvered Scimitar (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d10 + 5) slashing damage.
