Blighted Naiad

Amphibious. The naiad can breathe air and water.

Cloud of Corruption. Any humanoid that starts its turn within 30 feet of the naiad must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is poisoned for 1 minute. A creature poisoned in this manner can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn if it begins its turn more than 30 feet away from the naiad, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Shape Water. The naiad can cast control water at will, requiring no components. Its spellcasting ability for it is Charisma. This use of the spell has a range of 30 ft and can affect a cube of water no larger than 30 feet on a side.

Speak With Animals. The naiad can comprehend and verbally communicate with beasts.

Blight. The naiad targets one poisoned creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or drop to 1 hit point.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) slashing damage.

Water Lash. The naiad causes a 5-foot cube of water within 60 feet of it to take a shape of its choice and strike one target it can see within 5 feet of that water. The target must make a DC 14 Strength saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 15 (3d6+4) bludgeoning damage, and if it is a Large or smaller creature, it is pushed up to 15 feet in a straight line, or is knocked prone (naiad's choice). On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and isn't pushed or knocked prone.
