Traits

Keen Sight and Smell. The vulture has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

Pack Tactics. The vulture has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the vulture's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Sickening Gaze. Wastrels have bright red eyes that gleam even in the daylight. Making eye contact with a wastrel gets their attention. After making eye contact with one you only have to remain within a mile for them to be able to track you. Wastrels are contaminated with an airborne disease that they are immune to. They will stalk anyone that comes into their sight and once within 30 ft of a wastrel you must make a Constitution saving throw, DC 16. On a failure you are infected with Wastrel's Rosen Doom.

The disease known as rosen doom is identified by the haunting reddish hue that affected corpses take on. The blood of the deceased victims also remains a strange reddish color even decades after their death, partially preserving corpses, and retaining the virulence of the disease for just as long.

Symptoms develop within 1d4 days. Infected creatures suffer 1 level of exhaustion. While exhausted, the creature coughs blood and develops weeping sores across their body. At the end of each long rest, the creature must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 3d6 necrotic damage on a failure and gaining 1 level of exhaustion.

On a successful save, the DC of the saving throw is reduced by 1d4+1. When the saving throw DC becomes 0, the disease ends. This disease can also be cured by greater restoration.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage, and make a DC 15 CON save. Take 2d6 poison damage on a fail and half as much on a save. 

Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) slashing damage.

Fleshy FeastMelee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. The wastrel rends flesh off a contaminated target. Hit2d6 piercing damage, and the wastrel regains hit points equal to the damage dealt.
