Fey Ancestry. Vix’Tiel has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put the him to sleep.
Innate Spellcasting. Vix’Tiel spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 13). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: dancing lights
1/day each: darkness, faerie fire
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, Vix’Tiel has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Multiattack. Vix’Tiel makes two melee attacks.
Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 4) piercing damage. After using this action Vix’Tiel may make another Dagger attack as a bonus action.
Bad Boss. When Vix’Tiel is targetted by an attack that only targets him and has an ally within 5 ft. he may use a reaction to switch location with that ally, forcing the attack to target them instead.
