Blink. As a bonus action on each of its turns, the raptor can teleport to a point it can see within 30 ft. of it. This does not count towards its total movement for the turn. The raptor can use its blink even if it is restrained or grappled, ending the effect on itself when it does so.
Surprise Attack. If the raptor teleports immediately before making a claw attack or surprises an enemy, its attack deals an additional 9 (3d6) damage of that attack's type.
Multiattack. The raptor makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claw.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) piercing damage
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Description
Resembling much larger velociraptors, blink raptors are vibrantly feathered reptiles that attack swiftly and unpredictably. Their ability to teleport short distances makes them extremely lethal, and very slippery. A single one can slay an entire party of well trained hunters, simply by striking from unexpected angles and quickly vanishing before it can suffer an attack. This has also made them notably difficult to research, and nigh impossible to effectively capture for meaningful periods of time.
