Villain Actions.

Villain Action 1. During the first round of combat, the Basilisk’s Gaze Diviner reaches out mentally to each of his allies, showing them fragments of the potential futures before them. Until the end of their next turn, each ally within 60ft of the Diviner has advantage on attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws.

Villain Action 2. During the second round of combat, the Basilisk’s Gaze Diviner chooses a target, seeing into their future, gaining insight into all their actions and thoughts. For the next hour, the Diviner knows exactly the location of the target, all their attack rolls  and saving throws against the target are made at advantage, and the target has disadvantage against all attack rolls and saving throws against the Diviner.

Villain Action 3. During the third round of combat, the Basilisk’s Gaze Diviner urges his followers to grab their target and retreat. All allies within 60ft of the Diviner can move up to their full movement speed without provoking an attack of opportunity. If any of his allies end their turn adjacent to the target marked by Villain Action 2, they may also attempt to grapple the target. If the target is already Grappled, they may instead attempt another grapple. If successful, the target is Restrained by a set of specialized manacles.

Reactions

Divination Defense. The Basilisk’s Gaze Diviner uses Divination magic to see all possibilities, and their wits to prepare for them, allowing them to slip out of the way of attacks and spells with relative ease. As a reaction, they can cause a single attack against them to miss, or a single-target spell to fail.
