Not quite robotic. The tyrannosaurus is a cyborg, and it still counts as a Beast, as well as a Construct.
Created as a Steed. The t-rex is controlled by a rider, and the rider can choose what actions the T-rex makes.
Agressive. If a creature is wounded, the t-rex can take the Dash action as a bonus action to reach it.
Multiattack. The tyrannosaurus makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its tail. It can't make both attacks against the same target.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 33 (4d12 + 7) piercing damage. If the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the tyrannosaurus can't bite another target.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
Description
This enormous predatory dinosaur terrorizes all other creatures in its territory. It chases anything it thinks it can eat, and there are few creatures it won’t try to devour whole. As a warforged, it was created to sow destruction, and it is only held back from going beserk by reins that a warforged rider used to control the beast. Many are still around and are used by warlords as a show of power.
