Antimagic Susceptibility. The scroll is incapacitated while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the scroll must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or be destroyed as it crumbles to dust.
False Appearance. While the scroll remains motionless and isn't flying, it is indistinguishable from a normal scroll.
Inscribed Spell. Upon creation, all animated spell scrolls are inscribed with one spell of 1st to 3rd level. Common spells include dispel magic and invisibility, and other spells that can assist a spellcaster in combat. This spell uses the caster's spell save DC or spell attack bonus. Casting this spell destroys the scroll as it crumbles to dust.
