Summoner: The Druid casts Summon Swarm when first entering combat, as well as a reaction to taking 15 points of damage from a single attacker in a single round.

Summon Swarm: 1 Reaction: Summon a Swarm of Rats, Swarm of Bats, or Swarm of Insects. These creatures enter initiative on the round they are summoned and are controlled by the Druid. If the Druid dies, the Swarm acts independently, and will disperse when it reaches 50% hp.

Description

These Druids see the world as a place where death has been disrespected and cast aside. They believe there are too many in this world who view death as an inconvenience to be overcome, rather than the natural occurrence it is. 

They have taken this belief to the extreme, and often work toward ends that will bring about death and sickness on a mass scale.
