Any creatures that start their turn able to hear A Babbling Beast (say 30-50 feet or so I don't know your DM can decide), must succeed on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and become stunned until the start of their next turn, or half as much damage and so stunning on a success.
Multi Attack. The Babbling Beast makes 1 babble attack and 2 claw attacks
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 24 (3d10 + 7) slashing damage.
Babble Ranged Weapon Attack: Range 50 ft., 1 target. The Babbling Beast attempts melt the mind of a target using its demonic powers. The target must succeed on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw or take 18 (2d10 + 7) psychic damage and be stunned, or half as much damage and so stunning on a success.
Description
A Babbling beast is in close relation to the babbling mouther, but this being is more advanced, human like and deadly. The Babbling Beasts use their mind melting noise to stun and harm enemies, before they tear them apart with their razor sharp claws. Due to the babbling beasts low speed, they greatly rely upon their sonic cacophony to stun prey. Think of it as a spiders web, but the web is chanting nonsense like "mewantwatermelongimmeonenow" or other stuff meant to send your brain to a state beyond repair. They generally live in dark places like the underdark or a swamp, but they sometimes live in dense forests. PROTECT YOUR MIND

Posted Nov 25, 2020guys im sad i posted a little monster that was only a message saying that it is illegal to start a name with something other then a letter because soooooo many people do that stuff, but my monster got banned for "minor spam". i broke the rules while trying to enforce them. :(
