Traits

Adhesive (Object Form Only). The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 13). Ability checks made to escape this grapple have disadvantage.

False Appearance (Object Form Only). While the mimic remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary object.

Grappler. The mimic has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.

Keen Hearing And Smell. Has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Pack Tactics. The Luggage has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the Luggage's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Devour. Animal or vegetable matter swallowed by the Luggage, as commanded by the owner is devoured and lost forever. When a creature is grappled by the Luggage, it must succeed on a DC 15 strength check to avoid being swallowed. When part of a living creature is placed in the Luggage, as happens when someone reaches inside it without permission, there is a 50 percent chance that the creature is pulled inside the Luggage. A creature inside the Luggage can use its action to try to escape with a successful DC 15 Strength check. Another creature can use its action to reach into the Luggage to pull a creature out, doing so with a successful DC 20 Strength check (provided it isn't pulled inside the Luggage first). Any creature that starts its turn inside the Luggage is devoured, its body destroyed.

Hold. The Luggage has an interior space considerably larger than its outside dimensions. The Luggage can hold up to 500 pounds, not exceeding a volume of 64 cubic feet. Retrieving an item from the Luggage requires an action. If the Luggage is overloaded, it ruptures and is destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane. Breathing creatures inside the Luggage can survive up to a number of minutes equal to 10 divided by the number of creatures (minimum 1 minute), after which time they begin to suffocate.
