Legendary Resistance (3/day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Chaos Rage (1/day). When the dragon is reduced to 259 hit points or fewer it immediatley roars and uses it's Chaos Fury(costing no legendary actions).
Multiattack. The dragon can use it's frightful presence. It then makes three attacks: one with it's bite, and two with it's claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 15ft., one target. Hit: 2d10 + 10 piercing damage plus 4d6 damage(of the same tupe as the last breathe weapon it used).
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 10 slashing damage.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 20ft., one target. Hit: 2d8 + 10 bludgeoning damage.
Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Chaos Breathe (Recharge 5-6) The Dragon exhales a 90 ft. cone of chaotic damage. Each creature in that area must make a DC 24 saving throw. On a failed save each creature takes 26d6 damage, or half as much on a successful save.
The damage and saving throw type are determined by rolling 1d8 and using the following table:
No.| Damage| Saving Throw
- | Acid | Dexterity
- | Cold | Constitution
- | Fire | Dexterity
- | Force | Strength
- | Lightning | Dexterity
- | Poison | Constitution
- | Psychic | Wisdom
- | Thunder | Constitution
The dragon can take 4 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of it's turn.
Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.
Wing Attack (Costs two Actions). The dragon beats it wings. Each creature within 15 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 26 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 + 10 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half of it's flying speed.
Chaos Fury (Costs four actions). The dragon unleashes chaotic energy from it's entire body. Each creature within 30 feet of it must then make a DC 24 saving throw. On a failed save each creature takes 4d8+8 damage, or half as much on a successful save.
The damage and saving throw type are determined by rolling 1d8 and using the following table:

Description
Ancient Chaos Dragons are a rumour scarcely told of, and believed almost never. Due to their chaotic nature Ancient Chaos Dragons have been driven insane by their age, and only ever exist because a powerful entity willed it to live an unaturally long life.
