Amphibious. The Bog-Pit Puller can breath air and water.
Innate Spellcasting. The Bog-Pit Puller’s innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13). It can innately cast the following spells:
3/day each: grease, fog cloud.
1/day: hypnotic pattern
Open or Close Bog-Pit. The Bog-Pit Puller opens up a portal to an endlessly deep demiplane filled with murky water, with no surface. The portal it opens is always horizontal and can only be opened on the bed of a body of water. Any creature other than a Bog-Pit Puller inside the demiplane when it uses an action to close the portal is forced back to the original place the portal was opened. The portal is 10 ft. in diameter appearing as a sandy murky hole leading into a dark abyss. The Bog-Pit Puller cannot use this action if any creature is within 10 ft. of it. While inside of its demiplane the Bog-Pit Puller can open the portal up to any body of water it is familiar with.
Grasping Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage, and is grappled (escape DC 14).
Description
This six foot tall scaly skinned amphibian has long double jointed arms, with three fingered hands each finger tipped with a sickle like claw. It has two large globe like eyes on the sides of its head, and a shark like maw of teeth. The two stubby legs that support the creatures out of water are closer to fins than actual legs, giving it just enough mobility to drag unwary travelers into its bottomless demiplane.
