Charge. If the boar moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a tusk attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 3 (1d6) slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Relentless (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). If the boar takes 7 damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead.
Tusk. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Description
The war boar is bred and raised by some halfling and gnome cultures to serve as a mount during times of war. It is noticeably stronger, hardier, and faster than the average boar, while not being much larger. The boar is a very stubborn creature, so training one as a war boar is not an easy feat, and training often begins when the boar is only a few weeks old.
This creature is intended for use with the Find Steed spell.
