Death Burst. When the mephit dies, it explodes in a cloud of steam. Each creature within 5 feet of the mephit must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw or take 4 (1d8) force damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage plus 2 (1d4) cold damage.
Void Breath (Recharge 6). The mephit exhales a 15- foot cone of void. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 10 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4 (1d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Miniature Black Hole (Recharge 6).
The elemental creates a black hole within 10 feet of it. Each creature within 10 feet of the black hole must make a DC 12 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 12 (2d6) force damage and is sucked 5 feet toward the black hole and is knocked prone.
If the saving throw is successful, the target takes half the bludgeoning damage and isn't sucked and nockedprone.
