I see you. The ancient hydra has at least 3 heads up when it sleeps.
Colorful. The ancient hydra has a different element for its blast attack depending on its color, Red, and Orange is fire. Gold, and yellow is thunder. Blue, and Purple is cold.
Multiattack. The hydra makes as many bite attacks as it has heads.
Acidic Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (1d10 + 2) [Piercing] damage, And an extra (1d6+6) [Acid] damage.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 14 (1d12 + 6) [bludgeoning] damage.
(Can only be done every 6 turns) Plasma Blast. RangedWeapon Attack: +14 to hit, range 10/150 ft., A line of plasma for every head, target AOE Hit: 60 (6d10 + 6) [Elemental] damage.

Description
Ancient Hydra have been through hundreds of battles, which is why their usually seen having 12 to 22 heads. They are classified ancient when they have been around for at least 1250 years this is when their breath attack accumulates. Their skin is valued greatly, because of its ability to regenerate the equipment back after its been torn or broken. It can be sold for 500(GP) per square foot of skin. After being through many battles the hydra's saliva can become acidic. causing its bites to deal [acid] damage.
