Beer Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Freeze. If the elemental takes cold damage, it partially freezes; its speed is reduced by 20 feet until the end of its next turn.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Drunken Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. On a hit, one of the following effects happen:
1. The Beer Elemental drunkenly stumbles and only gives half damage.
2. It "throws up" and spits out any creature it's grappling within a 30-foot cone.
3. Spinning strike, it makes another slam attack this round.
4. Uncontrollable flow, it gives an extra 1d8 bludgeoning damage.
Whelm (Recharge 5–6). Each creature in the elemental's space must make a DC 13 Strength saving throw. On a failure, a target takes 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. If it is Medium or smaller, it is also grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained and unable to breathe unless it can breathe water. If the saving throw is successful, the target is pushed out of the elemental's space.
The elemental can grapple one Medium creature or up to two Small or smaller creatures at one time. At the start of each of the elemental's turns, each target grappled by it takes 12 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage. A creature within 5 feet of the elemental can pull a creature or object out of it by taking an action to make a DC 13 Strength check and succeeding.
Lair and Lair Actions
On initiative count 20, the beer elemental can take a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the elemental can't use the same effect two rounds in a row:
The Beer Elemental can "resupply" at the bar, and regains 2d8+4 hit points.
The Beer Elemental can summon two regular customers for help. The customers appear from the nearest door, and they use the Commoner stat block.

Posted Apr 5, 2024How about an addition to the poison immunity?
If the elemental takes poison damge it absorbs it and deals an aditional amount of poison damage(Maybe a D4) until the end of it's next turn.
