Caustic Aura. While in direct contact with the Wendigo, you must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15) as this particular creature is constantly oozing acid. On a failed save, the target takes 15 (4d6) acidic damage; a successful save grants you immunity to this effect for 12 hours and you take no damage.

Actions

Multiattack. The wendigo makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws. If it can, wendigo uses its Acid Glob instead of a Bite attack.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage and 10 (3d6)  necrotic damage. The wendigo regains hit points equal to necrotic damage dealt, unless the target is a construct or undead.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) slashing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature that the wendigo already hit with two claw attack this turn, the target is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained and the wendigo can't use its claws against another target.

Acid Glob (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 20/60 ft, one target. Hit: 20 (6d6) acidic damage. I there are other targets within a 5 ft range of the main target, they must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC of 13) as the acid will splash off. On a failed save they take 10 (3d6) acidic damage or half as much on a successful save.

Description

This mutant went through what is considered the "Standard Transformation". It died shortly after inhaling airborne mutagen and awoke as a zombie. But it slowly began to bleed out... It's blood was a bright glowing green color and left craters wherever it landed. It's began to grow until it towered above other zombies, with huge clawed hands, a ghastly snout with several rows of jagged teeth and spikes protruding from its' back.

It seemed to regain a semblance of intelligence, but only the primal, murderous, side. It began preying on the remaining humans with ravenous hunger, each kill making it grow larger and more dangerous.
