- lava flow: lava bursts out of the wall and does 4d20 fire damage

The region containing a legendary overlord’s lair is in a volcano, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- fire: every turn, hostiles take 1d12 fire damage
- fear: any intruding creature feels frightened
