Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Transparency. The dragon can hide in plain sight. Creatures must make a DC 16 Investigation Check to spot Cursed Dragon of Vex.

Actions

Multiattack. The dragon can use its Frightful Presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage plus 4 (1d8) necrotic damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.

Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6)  bludgeoning damage.

Sneak Strike. multiple targets. can only use this attack when use reaction worried state creatures within 20 ft must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take Hit:18 (3d8 + 6) Bludgeoning damage.  on Successful save creatures take half damage.

Frightful Presence. Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Breath Weapons (Recharge 5–6). The dragon uses one of the following breath weapons.

Ice Breath. The dragon exhales dark Icicles in a 60-­-cone that is 10 feet wide. Each creature in that cone must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 63 (18d6)Cold damage and is petrified on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. 

Vex Breath. The Cursed Dragon of Vex exhales a cloud like breath embedded with Vex emotions inside in a 60-- foot cone that is 8 feet wide. Each creature in the cloud or cone must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (9d10 + 10) Force damage and is in a state of annoyance and rage who then becomes worried creature now attack at disadvantage. Take half damage on successful one and not Vexed.

Reactions

When The Cursed Dragon of Vex is rendered to 1/4 left of its original health it may use one of these two reactions

Rageful State. When the Cursed Dragon of Vex is lowered to 1/4 left of its original health it swipes its claws 3 times in anger at the Creature who last hit it that Creature must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or be hit by all three claw attacks. on successful save reaction does nothing.

Worried State. When the Cursed Dragon of Vex is lowered to 1/4 left of its original health it Claws at the ground worried Creatures who last hit that creature must make a DC 18 Dexterity or take 15 (5d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage. on successful save reaction does nothing. 

Legendary Actions

The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. The dragon makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.

Tail Attack. The dragon makes a tail attack.

Wing Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon beats its wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 15 (2d6 + 8) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.

Cursed Dragon of Vex is also construct of Vex emotions itself the embodiment and the living being itself in the form of a dragon. Who serves His master the Accursed Dragon or any evil master that success over his power.

The Cursed Dragon of Vex is as his name suggests very "Vexed" nature about himself so he is deep in making others feel frustrated, or worried, verily will come up with trivial matters. Unlike most dragons though Cursed Dragon of Vex is very special as to where he loves a challenge and getting frustrated but hates to be worrisome. loves to have creatures under his Vex Breath attack while their dying he will leave them to be a puddle of misery or cursing with rage. 

Cursed Dragon of Vex's coloring is Gray scales with a white under belly, Inside the wings silver color with black claws.

The Cursed Dragon of Vex's Lair

Vex dragon makes its home in Cursed voided area, where they can do as they please without arousing suspicion or fear. Most dwell near Coast lines, desserts, cave, or ancient ruins.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the dragon takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the dragon can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • The dragon glimpses the knows the emotions of creatures approaching, so it has advantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws until initiative count 20 on the next round.
  • One creature the dragon can see within 120 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or be dragged into the cursed void, a different plane of existence where the Accursed Dragon lives. To escape, the creature must use its action to make a Charisma check contested by the dragon’s. If the creature wins, it escapes the Cursed Void. Otherwise, the effect ends on initiative count 20 on the next round. When the effect ends, the creature reappears in the space it left or in the nearest unoccupied space if that one is occupied.

Regional Effects

The region containing a Cursed dragon of Vex's lair is warped by the dragon’s magic, which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • Whenever a creature that can understand a language sleeps or enters a state of trance or reverie within 6 miles of the Cursed dragon of Vex's lair, the dragon can establish telepathic contact with that creature and converse with it in its dreams. The creature remembers its conversation with the dragon upon waking.
  • Beautiful Coast lines, Form clouds of mist to manifest within 6 miles of the dragon’s lair. The mist obscures the sight of creatures. when evil creatures are near the dragon or other non-evil creatures in the mist, they fell a sense of vex wash over them.

If the dragon dies, these effects end immediately.
