Innate Spellcasting. The Bone Fairy's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 12). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: dancing lights, minor illusion, vicious mockery
Mimicry. The Bone Fairy can mimic animal sounds and humanoid voices. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 14 Wisdom (Insight) check.
Two Actions. Bone Fairy can take two actions per round of combat
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Sharpened Rib Bone. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6+2 slashing damage
Bone Club. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 slashing damage
Invisible Passage. The Bone Fairy magically turns invisible until she attacks or casts a spell, or until her concentration ends (as if concentrating on a spell). While invisible, she leaves no physical evidence of her passage, so she can be tracked only by magic. Any equipment she wears or carries is invisible with her.
Consume Bone. The Bone Fairy can eat up to one piece of bone per action, gaining 1d8 hp, up to her maximum.
Description
Tall and misshapen, the Bone Fairy is pale and filthy, living her life underground.
Her clothing is usually tatters of fabric and armor made of pieced-together bone, and her wings are a strange translucent yellow.
She can fly, but not for more than 30 minutes at a time.
She consumes bone and teeth to restore HP
Lair and Lair Actions
Bone Fairies are generally found in the dark places of forests. They'll get whatever Tooth Fairies and Gnomes that follow them to dig in the ground, creating a series of tunnels that lead to her large collection chamber. When they are first establishing themselves, they'll line their chamber with teeth, and then expand that to include bones.
Some Bone Fairies prefer the bones of children, others specify men or women, and some still don't care.
If pickings are slim, they'll even have their gnome minions dig up cemeteries and bring the bones back.
They'll use the bones as weapons if challenged.
Some as sharpened weapons, some as clubs.
Smaller bones, including teeth, are occasionally eaten for nutrition and health restoration.
