Innate Spellcasting. The Angelica's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 16). The Angelica has following spells prepared:
3/day each: detect evil and good
1/day each: dispel evil and good, commune
Angelic Weapons. The Angelica's weapon attacks are magical. When the Angelica hits with any weapon the attack does an extra 3d8 radiant damage (included in the attack).
Transformation. If the Angelica is reduced to half its hit points while on one of the upper planes it is transformed into another type of angel of the DM's choice. The Angelica can only transform into a solar if another solar is dead.
Magic Resistance. The Angelica has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Minor Healing Touch (3/day). The Angelica touches another creature. The target magically regains 6 (2d8 + 2) hit points. The target is also relieved of any non-magical disease, poison, blindness or deafness.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage plus 12 (3d8) radiant damage.
Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., 2 targets. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage plus 12 (3d8) radiant damage.
Description
Angelicas are the primary method of angelic procreation. They are created by various deities and serve until they are transformed into a more powerful form of angel.
Celestial Children. Angelicas occupy the same place in celestial society as college students in human culture. They are constantly being instructed as to their duties and how to perform them. When they are deemed ready to progress into service their creator gods transform them into whatever type of angel they require.
Solar Dreams. Every currently existing solar was once an Angelica, transformed into a solar after the death of their predecessor. Every Angelica hopes to become a solar, the most powerful type of angel in the multiverse, of which there can only be twenty-four at one time.
