Description
The origins of the Pig folk are shrouded in mystery; some say they are the product of arcane magical or scientific experiment, others that they are a demonic race from the Underdark recruited for their penchant for violence and greed. Either way, the creatures are apt henchmen for corrupt elites hungry for a force of brutish, cruel enforcers.
Big Pigs are the largest and toughest of the Pigs. They usually work with groups of several Bad Pigs and Pig Dogs, and are sometimes used to support SWAT Pigs.
Lair and Lair Actions
The Pig-cinct. Found in urban areas, a Pig-cinct is ordinarily a fortified two-to-three-story building with an extensive warren of filthy underground corridors. Usually the above-ground sections have a large hall that gives onto the street, as well as several rooms for armories, kennels, storerooms, defensive overlooks, and barracks. The underground passages are made up of cells, interrogation rooms, and "evidence lockers" used for the storage of loot. Legend has it that the lowest levels of Pig-cincts lead to interconnecting tunnel systems, and even serve as passageways to the Underdark itself. A normal Pig-cinct is populated by many Bad Pigs, Big Pigs, SWAT Pigs, and Pig Dogs.
