A creature that starts its turn in the elemental's space must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.

Description

A poison elemental is a swirling column of toxic vapor with only a miniscule resemblance to a human face. It can infect those it touches with a venom that sucks the strength from their limbs.
