Gas Form. The elemental can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. A creature that starts its turn in the elemental's space must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Poisoned Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) poison damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned in this way, a creature has disadvantage on Constitution saving throws.
Description
A poison elemental is a swirling column of toxic vapor with only a miniscule resemblance to a human face. It can infect those it touches with a venom that sucks the strength from their limbs.
