Beppi the Clown

After Beppi turns into a balloon, a large cart zooms across the ground and deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage at the end of each turn. If you jump on it, though, you will not be damaged. 

Cart. Beppi the Clown drives a makeshift cart through one of the enemies he's fighting. He deals 1d20 bludgeoning damage. There is no escape unless you manage to shoot a duck that prevents you from jumping over him. 

BALLOON? When Beppi reaches 90 HP, he falls to his death, NOT!! He comes back, his head turns into a balloon, and a large number of balloon dogs fly out and hit all opponents. Each does 1d8 bludgeoning damage and 1d4 biting damage. The balloons take 1 turn to reach you, so you can pop them before they hit you. Each has 2 HP. 

Knock knock. Who's there? Charlie. Charlie who? Charlie horse!! (This is one of the bad jokes he says.) When Beppi reaches 60 HP, the balloon head flies away, and Beppi returns on either a green or yellow horse. (Roll any die, odd is green, yellow is even.) The yellow horse spits a large number of horseshoes that do 1d20 bludgeoning damage. Then the horseshoes float above you and deal 1d6 bludgeoning damage each. The green horse will spit 3 sets of 3 horseshoes. Each horseshoe deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage. ENJOY!

SWING! When Beppi reaches 30 HP, he will fall off of the horse and fall to his death, NOT!! He will turn into a large swing set that spins around. The cart that appears moves at the beginning of every other turn and deals twice as much damage. After that cart leaves, Beppi spits 3 penguins out. The penguins throw baseballs on the next turn, each dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage each. They also have 10 HP each, and if you can kill them, then his turn is skipped. The cart will also kill any remaining penguins.
