Traits

Super-Heated Blood. Whenever the abberemorhaz takes damage, every creature within 5 feet of it takes (3d6) fire damage.

Abberation's Touch. A creature that takes fire damage while within 300 feet of the Abberemorhaz must succeed on a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or take (4d6) psychic damage, and become frightened of the abberemorhaz, their mind filling with visions of strange writhing fire, their ears filled with screams of terror. 

Actions

Multiattack. The Abberremorhaz makes 3 attacks; two with its Super-heated tentacle, and one with it's Bite, which it can replace with Swallow. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 41 (6d10 + 8) piercing damage plus 10 (3d6) fire damage. If the target is a huge or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the abberemorhaz can't bite another target.

Super-heated Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 15 ft,. one target. Hit: (4d10+8) bludgeoning damage plus (3d6) fire damage. If the target is a huge or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 17). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained.

Swallow. The abberemorhaz makes one bite attack against a Medium or smaller creature it is grappling. If the attack hits, that creature takes the bite's damage and is swallowed, and the grapple ends. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the abberemorhaz, and it takes 21 (6d6) fire damage at the start of each of the abberemorhaz's turns.

If the abberemorhaz takes 40 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the abberemorhaz must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the abberemorhaz. If the abberemorhaz dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse using 15 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Reactions

Alien Speed. Whenever a creature that the abberemorhaz can see moves more than 30 feet, the abberemorhaz can use it's reaction to move up to 30 feet in any direction. It cannot use this reaction if it is burrowing, or to burrow.
