Bluecoat Guard

Phalanx Formation: Bluecoats have advantage on attack rolls as well as dexterity saving throws while standing within 5 feet of a Bluecoat ally with a shield.

King's Spear: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit reach 10 ft. One Target. Hit: 7(1d6+4) piercing damage 

Shield: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit. reach 5 ft. Hit: 5(1d4+4) bludgeoning damage 

Javelin Melee or Ranged weapon attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft or range 30/120ft. One target. Hit: 7 (1d6+4) piercing damage or 11 (2d6+4) piercing damage while enlarged. 

Enlarge (Recharges on a Short or Long Rest): For 1 minute the bluecoat can slam their shield and magically increase in size along with anything they are wearing or carrying. While enlarged the bluecoat guard is Large. Its damage dice on strength based weapon attacks are doubled and it has advantage on strength checks and saving throws. If the bluecoat guard lacks the room to become large it attains the maximum size possible in the space available.

Iron Training.  From their first days training teamwork is drilled into every Bluecoat recruit. When an ally that the guard can see makes a d20 roll, the guard can roll a d4 and the ally can add the number rolled to their d20 roll by taking 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage. A creature immune to bludgeoning damage can’t be affected by Iron Training.
