Magic Resistance. The spying bug has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Telepathic Bond. While the spying bug is on the same plane of existence as its master, it can magically convey what it senses to its master, and the two can communicate telepathically. The master can hear and see using the spying bug senses, but loses his own senses while doing so.

Auto-destruct. Upon dying, the bug explode. Each creature within 10 feet of the spying bug must succeed on a DC 12 dexterity. On a failed save, they take 11 (3d6) fire damage or half on a success. The master can also order the bug to trigger the explosion, which kills the spying bug.

Actions

Spark. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d6 lightning damage.

Poison Dart. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1 piercing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take an extra 3 (1d6) poison damage and suffer from the poisoned condition.

Description

The spying bug is a tiny construct that looks just like a regular bug unless carefully examined. It is used primarly to spy on people or to infiltrate areas.
