Cursed Skin. Accursed take no damage from melee weapon or ranged attack even magic based that are not Adamantein.

Teleport. Accursed can teleport instead of walking up to attack with his walk speed.

Air Walk. Accursed can jump on the air and move in this movement up to his walking speed.

Magic weapon. All Accursed's attacks are magic 

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multi attack. Accursed can use his 1 finger in his Cursed lotus technique and then go into his Dragons manner kick. or take 1 action and use his cursed lotus 4 times on 1 target but damage is halved.

Cursed Lotus.  Magic Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d8 + 8) slashing damage. Target must succeed a CON save or is now paralyzed  

Dragons Manner Kick.  Magic Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (3d8 + 8) Bludgeoning damage. Target must succeed a CON save or is now Knocked Prone

Bronze Claw.  Magic Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d12 + 8) slashing damage. Target must succeed a CON Save or  is now petrified

Frightful Presence. Each creature of Accursed's choice that is within 80 feet of the Accursed and aware of it must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Accursed's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.

Distortion Throw. When Accursed can see a target and is about enter initiative rolls for encounters he automatically targets 1 creature for this reaction. That creature must succeeded a DC 18 saving throw or take (3d12 + 10) Bludgeoning damage and is unconscious.  

Legendary Actions

Accursed has 3 legendary actions he can take. He can take up to 2 legendary actions Detect and then Accursed Hand.

Detect. Accursed makes a Wisdom (Perception) check 1 action

Accursed Hand. Accursed grabs a target creature with his hands and bestows a curse creature must succeed a DC 18 Constitution  saving throw or be Charmed or blinded. 2 actions

Description

This creature is the Accursed dragon in human Form. Accursed can appear to travelers he may find worthy to test their strength. In this form he has been known to toy with his opponents from grabbing them from the back of the neck and slamming them into the ground to using his deadly  Cursed lotus technique. 

Truly a devastating opponent.

Height is 5'11. skin is black as night with red eyes and bronze finger nails and silver hair.
