Dulled Senses. The Beer Dragon rolls with disadvantage on Wisdom and Dexterity (Perception) checks that rely on sight, hearing, or smell.
Limited Telepathy. The beer dragon can, in a drunken sounding "voice", magically communicate simple ideas, emotions, and images telepathically with any creature within 20 feet of it that can understand a language.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 1 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Beer Breath. The dragon belches in a 18 inch cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become intoxicated for 10 minutes (disadvantage on all attack and skill checks). This effect ends for a creature if the creature takes damage or someone uses an action to wake it.
Lair and Lair Actions
The Beer Dragon does not have a lair, however if the Beer Dragon is encountered in a tavern, bar or party it receives an additional +2 to charm a humanoid creature to buy it a beer to swim in and drink.
