Description
The Achiyalabopa is a gargantuan crystalline bird who's feathers are as sharp as knives. It is a very territorial creature and is known to protect villages within its domain from outsiders. As such, these villagers believe the creature to be a god watching over them and will react poorly to anyone who slays it.
Lair and Lair Actions
The lair of the achiyalabopa can usually be found in the highest peak in the surrounding region. From here it can keep watch over its domain.
Regional Effects
The region containing a legendary achiyalabopa’s lair is protected, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- The land within 2 1/2 miles of the achiyalabopa's lair is under the effects of the Forbiddence spell.
- Fog lightly obscures the land within 6 miles of the lair.
If the achiyalabopa dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.
