Innate Spellcasting. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon's spellcasting is Wisdom (spell save DC20), and can cast these spells at will: Eldritch Blast, Chaos Bolt, Scorching Ray, Harm, Immolation, Witch Bolt.
Untouchable. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon cannot be damaged until all the three of its Servants are killed.
Bask in the Light. When the light of the Moon is shining on Uxalthess, it gains 1 extra turn (1d20 initiative roll).
Undying Servant. If any one of Uxalthess' Servants die, it will be automatically revived at 1d10 × 10% hit points. Only active when Uxalthess is in the moon's light.
Eldritch Intimidation. At the start of battle, all creatures must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw. All creatures who fail take their turn after Uxalthess regardless of initiative.
Eldritch Flood. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon, summons a wave of blood to fill the arena, causing all non flying creatures to lose half of their movement for 5 turns.
Shroud of Darkness. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon calls forward a black cloud, filling the arena with darkness. All creatures without darkvision or truevision lose half of their sight for 3 turns. The shroud cannot be broken by any non holy light sources.
Judgement. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon unleashes judgement on any number of targets, who must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw. If a target fails, it takes 1d12 damage and is prone for 1 turn.
Gift of Blood. Uxalthess, Nightmare of the Moon uses its own blood to heal one of its servants for 3d12 + 10 health. The targeted servant gains +4 to all attributes for 1 turn.
Blood Bolt. +10 to hit, range 750 ft, 1 target. Deals 6d6 peircing plus 4d6 necrotic damage. If the bolt hits, the target must make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 bleeding damage for 3 turns.
Coated in Blood. As long as 1 of it's servants are alive, Uxalthess cannot take damage, and will teleport to a random location if targeted.

Bound by Blood (2 actions). Uxalthess summons a pillar of blood under up to 3 target's feet, who must make a DC15 Dexterity saving throw. If a target fails, they are restrained until they pass the roll, or another creature frees them. Targets take 1d12 bludgeoning damage for every failed escape.
Protect With Blood (3 actions). Uxalthess draws blood from a servant in the form of 3d12 hit points, shielding 1 target from that much damage.
