Cunning Maneuver. As a bonus action Valentine can take the Hide, Dash, or Disengage action.
Sneak Attack. Once per turn, Valentine deals an extra 18 (6d6) damage when he hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Valentine that isn't incapacitated and Valentine doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Gunslinger. Being at long range doesn’t impose disadvantage on Valentine's ranged attack rolls. In addition, Valentine ignores half cover and three-quarters cover when making ranged attacks.
Monster Hunter. As a bonus action, Valentine chooses a creature he can see and marks it as his bounty. For 1 minute, Valentine deals another 1d6 damage to the target whenever he hits it with a weapon attack, and he has advantage on any Wisdom (Perception) or Wisdom (Survival) check he makes to find it.
Pinpoint Weakness. If Valerie de Rosamila, the Monster Hunter dealt damage to a creature, Valentine has advantage on his attack against that creature.
Hunter's Discipline. Valentine is immune to being charmed or frightened or put to sleep by any non-humanoid creatures.
Multiattack. Valentine makes three attacks with a rapier or two with his revolvers. Valentine's weapons are silvered.
Chaste Rapier Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage and the target must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 12 (4d6) necrotic or radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Chastity Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 7) piercing damage. If Valentine hits with Chastity and Abstinence, the target takes another 3d6 necrotic or radiant damage.
Abstinence Ranged Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 7) piercing damage. If Valentine hits with Chastity and Abstinence, the target takes another 3d6 necrotic or radiant damage.
Dance With Me. Valentine can move up to half his movement speed as a reaction when an enemy ends its turn within 5 ft. of him without provoking opportunity attacks.
Going Somewhere? A creature attempting to take the Dash action takes a Revolver attack with advantage. If Valentine hits, that creature's movement becomes 0 for the rest of their turn.
