Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (wining initiative ties), Bill takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Bill can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- He unleashes a weirdness bubble attack dealing 30 (3d20) psychic damage to three targets in front of him that he can see.
- He cats animate objects, but it is non magical and lasts as long as bill lives.
Regional Effects
The region containing Bill’s lair is cosmically ripped and torn leaving unknown horrors walking around, which creates one or more of the following effects.
- Water turns black and acidic dealing 3 (1d4) acid damage to anyone who touches it, it also flows backwards furthermore waterfalls fall “up” making a wired beacon for a short distance in the sky.
- rifts to the far realm pop up unleashing monstrous aberrations walking around. you can typically find mindflayers and beholders around the rifts, but there is no reasoning with them as they have all gone raving mad.
- all creatures within a 30 mile radius must make a DC 24 wisdom savingthrow or develop a indefinite madness as well as a long term madness whenever they finish a long rest.
If Bill dies, these effects fade over the course of 10d10 days. although the monsters stay until killed or driven off.

Posted Feb 20, 2021Thanks! I was looking up stats and was surprised by like two or three stats, all of witch were blaaaah. So I made this, it’s more focused on his spells than his “smashing” and “shape shifting” but if you watched all the episodes and have a decent idea of damage you can figure that stuff out.

Posted May 16, 2022In the tavern at the end of ther world, i have a character based off bill, so when Uhluhtc the All seeing eye inevitably attacks, i will most likely use this, because this is awesome and i don't have enough time to make my own. "Wanna hear my impersonation of you in about 3 seconds?" Uhluhtc starts screaming and flailing his arms.

Posted May 16, 2022I’ve only cursory glanced, but you haven’t added the condition immunities yet, which I wasn’t sure if that was intentional or not? The Deception score is wrong with the proficiency bonus 9 + CHA modifier being 19, but for Bill in particular I’d recommend giving him expertise. Along with that, the Incomprehensible Mind acts similar to Charmed immunity, so I suggest adding that as well. 10 Legendary Resistance is A LOT, so maybe cutting that down to five like Tiamat?

Posted May 16, 2022Oh yeah, this thing is probably chock-a-block full of mistakes. I made this one a while ago when I was more into creating… ‘art’ than functioning monsters. I’m surprised people are even paying attention to it! Thanks anyway.
Thanks, as I mentioned above, wasn’t making balanced monsters or actually using the systems that would make a functioning monster.
Oh, yeah. The condition immunities were totally on accident, they should be there. Bill should have expertise, and yes the score is wrong, can’t deny that one. It is pretty much charm immunity, so I will add that, but the main bulk of it is to reflect damage onto the casters. Lol, I must have been drunk making this 10 legendary resistances is wild! That should totally be 5. Sorry, to everyone, but I currently don’t have the time or brain power to revise this. If it matters this much to someone else, I encourage it, but for now it’s gonna stay unplayable.
