Description
Atlas, the Remade stands tall. He wears fine, deep purple leather armor, and carries a long staff that, when a command word is spoken, turns into a vicious scythe.
His long dark hair spills over his shoulders and frames a sharp, handsome face. His eyes, a deep green, peek out from beneath the hair that hangs in front of them. Tanned skin compliments the purples, golds, and greens that adorn his tunic.
Lair and Lair Actions
Lair Actions
On initiative count 10 (losing initiative ties), Atlas, the remade takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Atlas can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- Stone Erupts out from a point that Atlas can see within 60 ft. in a 10 ft radius circle. Creatures in the circle must succeed on a DC 17 DEX saving throw, or take 3d8 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
- Quicksand forms in a 10 ft. radius circle. Creatures that start their turn in the quicksand must make a DC 16 strength saving throw or be considered restrained. If a creature fails 3 saving throws in a row in this way, they sink into the sand completely and take 2d12 bludgeoning damage at the end of every turn they are submerged. They continue to make saves, but now at disadvantage. If another creature uses their action to help the restrained creature, the restrained creature has advantage on the save. The sand is considered difficult terrain for any creature other than Atlas that tries to move through it.
