Incorporeal Movement. The Black Echelon Operative can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the Black Echelon Operative has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
Silent Aura. Black Echelon Operatives are perfectly silent. Their silence dampens all noise in their own square as well as all adjacent squares, just as the silence spell. Anyone caught in the aura has the creepy sensation that they are moving in slow motion.
Life Drain. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (3d6) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
Enshrouding Mist. As a move action, the Black Echelon Operative may expand the fog which extends around it in a 30 foot radius centered on its body as it moves. Anyone attacking a target inside the mist has disadvantage. The mist affects both normal and darkvision, but it doesn't affect the Black Echelon Operative. The mist obscures natural sunlight in its area.
