A creature that touches the aboleth or that hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is diseased for 1 hours. The diseased creature can breathe only underwater.
Multiattack. The abokron makes Two attacks.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage and 5(1d4+4) cold damage. If the target is a creature, they must succeed on a DC 15 Strength Saving throw. If they fail, then they are considered grappled and dragged to 5 ft infront of the Abokron.
Shocking Tendril. Melee Weapon Attack: (Automatic If grappled), one to two targets. Hit: 5 (2d4+4) Lightning Damage. and the Abokron regains that much health.
Description
Slimy and made from the ancient arts used by Pact of the Fathomless Patrons, these creatures have 6 white eyes and a dark green to blackish skin tone, they wander about and carry out the wishes of their lord.
They can be created using ancient dark runes in the shape of a hexagon with an eye in the middle.
It is an almost instant creation if the caster or creature is powerful enough.
