Spiteful. She will get +4 on resisting charisma if players are trying to convince her to turn a friend back
Suspicious. Players will notice a blue bird following them around the forest and watching them intently
Curse. If one has treated the forest and its inhabitants unkindly or with out respect, or if they attack her directly she will curse them by turning them into a bluebird, as a blue bird they have 4HP, +5 to dex and can still talk, this curse will last forever unless you convince Betri to turn the player back (which is hard) or by finding an artifact that is capable of turning them back. She can do this as many times as she wishes to as many people as she wants
Blessing. If a player has been kind to the forest and its inhabitants, then Betri with feel the need to bless them by giving them the power to communicate with birds, this includes bird like monsters like Roc's, Griffon's and Swan's (don't tell me their not demons), this will last forever.
Description
