Psionic Sword (1/day). As a bonus action, the Walker Bladesman can activate their Psionic Sword and send it hovering up to 30 ft. away from them. As a part of the Bladesman's attack action, this sword can make a shortsword attack against one creature of the Bladesman's choice within 5 feet of it. The Bladesman can then use any following bonus actions to cause the Psionic Sword to fly up to 30 feet away from them.
After the Psionic Sword attacks for the fourth time, it flies up to 30 feet and tries to return to the Bladesman's hand. If the Bladesman has no hands free, it falls to the ground at their feet. If the sword has no unobstructed path to the Bladesman, it moves as close to them as it can and then falls to the ground. It also ceases to hover if the Bladesman grasps it or move more than 30 feet away from it.
Multiattack. The Bladesman makes two attacks with either their shortsword or machine pistol.
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Machine Pistol. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 100/400 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage.
Description
The Walkers have been hard at work to utilize the recent discovery of Proto-Particles to create a new generation of soldiers. These Bladesmen are the fruits of the labors of one of their factions delving into Meta-Materials. The operators are taught the necessary psionics to wield these swords, and are sent out to be the Walkers' vanguard during clandestine operations.
