Description
Blackclaws are the elite assassins of the hells. When a powerful devil really, really wants someone dead, they send a trio of blackscales. So fast they appear as a blur to most creatures, blackscales will attack with blinding speed, cutting their quarry to ribbons before anything seems amiss.
Lightning courses through a blackscale's veins, granting them their supernatural speed. If a blackscale is subjected to an additional jolt of lightning however they will appear supercharged, travelling all the more faster and erratic.
