Shapechanger. The mimic can use its action to polymorph into an object or back into its true, amorphous form. Its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Adhesive (Object Form Only). The mimic adheres to anything that touches it. A Huge or smaller creature adhered to the mimic is also grappled by it (escape DC 13). Ability checks made to escape this grapple have to disadvantage.
False Appearance (Object Form Only). While the mimic remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary object.
Grappler. The mimic has an advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.
Light Sensitive: attacks and skills on disadvantages
Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the mimic is in object form, the target is subjected to its Adhesive trait.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d10) piercing
Hyptnotic Gaze: Dc 15 Wis save or be charmed
Blood Drain: While grappled you Loose 5 hit points and the mimic gains 5 hits points back this happens once every mimic turns while a creature is grappled.
Command undead: controls the undead in 60ft area and gives them orders.
Gets 3 legendary actions.
Command Mimic and undead: Can control undead or mimics together victims or treasures
Swallow whole. if grappled you can get swallowed and take 4d10 piercing damage this count as magical
