weave shaper
when a spell is cast within 30ft of the elemental they can use their reaction to cast counter spell at 3rd level (con is their spellcasting ability for this). on a success in addition to stopping the casting of the spell the elemental can cast the blocked spell once before the end of their next turn or they can add 1d4 force damage to their next slam attack per level of the blocked spell that slam attack is made with advantage. con is the spellcasting for spells cast in this way
Multiattack. The elemental makes two slam attacks if rend the weave is recharged the elemental makes one slame attack and one rend the weave attack.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) force damage.
rend the weave (Recharge 4–6).
melee weapon attack: +7 to hit, reach 15ft one target, hit: 18(4d6+4) force damage if the target is a spellcaster they lose 1d4 levels of spells and the elemental gains a benifit as it had just used weave shaper on a spell with the level of the number rolled.

the weave elemental assumes a translucent humanoid form lined with what looks like silver string when the weave elemental acts or uses weave shaper the strings vibrate and pulse as the golem fills with slowly shifting color.weave elementals form where the weave tangles and breaks such as highly magical areas anti magic zones and the areas around wild magic users.when a weave elemental is made the weave a feedback loop of destruction is caused as the elemental tangles the weave itself.
