Innate Spellcasting. The giant's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: detect magic, feather fall, light
3/day each: fog cloud, wind wall, misty step
1/day each: control weather, gaseous form, Aura of Vitality, Cure Wounds (5th level)
Channel Divinity: Preserve Life. The cleric 2/day can channel an action to heal a creature he chooses within 30 feet. The target of the healing receives 20 hit points and 20 additional temporary hit points, these temporary hit points do not stack with any existing temporary hit points.
Multiattack. The giant makes two morningstar attacks.
Morningstar. Melee Weapon Attack: to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d8 + 8) piercing damage.
Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (4d10 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

what cr would you rate this at?
I have it currently rated at Challenge 10. When I used it in a recent encounter it felt around that CR to me.
