Petrifying Screech. The wendigo lets out a horrifying screech that chills you to the bone. All creatures within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or begin to petrify. This save may be repeated. When you begin to petrify, your AC decreases by 2 and your speed is halved. On a second failure on a subsequent turn, the target fully petrifies. The target is considered incapacitated. On a third failure, the target is petrified until the wendigo dies.

Keen Hearing and Smell. The wendigo has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Actions

Multiattack. The wendigo makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its horns or two with its bite.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d8 + 2) piercing damage.

Horns. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (4d4 + 2) slashing damage. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Strength Saving throw or be restrained by the creature as the target is lifted into the air. The wendigo may have only one creature restrained in this way.
