Urabrask, Praetor of Predation

Apex Predation. Urabrask has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell, sight, or hearing.

Pounce. If Urabrask moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a maul attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 23 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and be restrained. If the target is prone, Urabrask can make two shred attacks against it as a bonus action.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). When Urabrask fails a saving throw, he may choose to succeed instead.

Maul. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 9) piercing damage.

Shred. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (4d8 + 9) slashing damage. Additionally, the target's armor class is reduced by 2. A target's armor class remains reduced in this way until the target finishes a long rest, or other means such as a wish spell.

Gouge. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 75 (12d10 + 9) piercing damage. Can only be done against a target that is prone, restrained, or deafened.

Urabrask, Praetor of Predation, has 3 legendary actions. It regains any spent legendary actions at the start of it's turn.

Predator's Rush. Urabrask may move up to his movement without provoking opportunity attacks, and then makes a maul attack. If the target is knocked prone, Urabrask may make a shred attack.

Alien Roar (Costs 2 actions). Urabrask lets out an alien roar, forcing the sound waves to oscillate violently and abhorrently, making hearing difficult for all who listen. Creatures within 60 ft. of Urabrask must make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw. On a fail, targets are deafened for one minute and take 21 (6d6) points of thunder damage. On a success, targets are not deafened, and take half of the thunder damage.

Victimize (Costs 3 actions). Urabrask makes a gouge attack against a creature that is either deafened, prone, or restrained.
