Description
Balqhar are deva's and other lesser angels who have fallen to the seductive powers of the lower planes. Corrupted by these dark energies, they have begun to develop properties that better reflect these realms. A balqhar wears devilishly ornate plate armor, crowned with a helm made from the bones of slain angels. They carry a longsword forged in the flames of Avernus, as well as a scourge assembled from the pieces of fallen warriors from Acheron. Their four wings radiate fiendish energies, allowing them to sail through the skies, even in the deep depths of Tartaros.
